It's a joke I think. It's from some anime and manga called Axis Forces Hetalia (or something similar). Some guy called Russia's little sister wants to marry her brother Russia for some reason and loves him. That's where the go away and leave him alone came from.

Belarus (who is a girl) fell in 'love' with Russia, and is obsessed with Russia and getting him to marry her. Him, on the other hand, is dead afraid of her and wants nothing more for her to leave her alone when she gets in her creepy 'marry me, big brother' mode.
