Two children found a large briefcase with pokeballs inside it.
Suddenly, two pokemons pounced upon them. They each picked up a pokeball and threw it in the air.
And out came a Chimchar and a Piplup.
Professor Rowan spotted stray bubbles floating around and immediately realized someone must have opened his briefcase. He found two kids, both with potential for battle.
Giving them each a Pokedex, he asked for their assistance in completing his research.
His junior assistant joined the conversation hugging a Turtwig. The professor also gave the child a Pokedex.
And soon three kids prepared to leave the town on a new journey.
