It's slightly ridiculous. Yes, activity is generally pro-town. Yes, even "joke votes" can be used as ammunition in later phases. But this prolonged discussion of the mechanics of early scumhunting and all that jazz ACTUALLY ISN'T REALLY PRO-TOWN.

Pro-town: Participating in voting based on your suspicions in the hope of hitting scum.

Not pro-town: Extensive arguments over what is optimal play in day one and the extent to which certain posts can be interpreted and used as evidence to push lynches, which will most likely lead to personal suspicions being drowned in a sea of debates. We're voting for who we think is scum, not who disagrees with our playstyle and has offended our family honor.

And yeah I've been too distracted by all your shenanigans to actually think properly about a lynch target for today so I'll be waiting until closer to the deadline.

What happened to "I don't think you're mafia"? You yourself even said wanting a Day 1 no-lynch wasn't scummy. What else have I done to warrant wanting me lynched?

@Akuraito; How have you been reading the thread. I haven't been jumping on anyone. Just stating my opinion. Have I stated anyone as scum? No. I suggested the possibility of Buoy being mafia, but then again, everyone here is possibly mafia to me except my partner. Also my only votes were a joke vote, no lynch because at the time everyone who had posted didn't look suspicious, and a vote to save my partner and I.

You just seem to be interrogating people on small things, at least to me.

I never said that you stated someone as mafia. That's hardly the same thing as jumping on someone, so I'm not sure why you're acting like it is.

You can't just excuse something by saying it was a joke vote; it...doesn't really fly. And, yes, I understand wanting to live, but...how you just tied it up and didn't even really restate/give a defense or provide any other options...that doesn't really help, tbh.

That being said, Im trying to ignore the meta because as Jowl says, meta on day one is silly. Except when it's super obvious. Which in this case... Is not the case.

That being said, I'm going to be non-voting for now. I have FoS on Mido for overly meta play (and focusing less on the current game) but for now it's just FoS, nothing more.

I really don't think Midori is mafia. I've been watching the thread, and I just can't see any real scum reads. Although I won't ask everyone to take their votes off, because obviously I know people like Day 1 lynches in order for the information gained. Yes, she has been using a lot of meta, but I don't know if that really indicates much. In closing of this, I'm not going to vote with or against this.

@Akuraito; I've been discussing with the others that are active. I never jumped on anyone. The closest to jumping was Buoy. Also in this game I'm not only playing for the town and myself, but also my partner. Tying the votes happens all the time when someone tries to save themselves. My first vote was on Phoenicks as a joke vote because I literally had no reason to vote him. After some in thread discussion I decided to vote no lynch as a place holder, and finally I voted ID to tie the votes to save my partner and I.
