This allowed me to consider both angles, and I have reached the logical conclusion that FA is the obvious Mafia here. Mew's evidence is sound.

Re: Oakwood Mafia [10-23-12] [Day 3 - Vanishing Act] I'm reasonably certain I've worked out MM's role based on what he's given us, which leads me to believe he's correct about FinalArcadia being mafia. Also based on the role, I can say with a great deal of certainty that he is town.
If he turns out to be wrong about FA, Akuraito is a good second lynch; if he's right, Akuraito is still a good second lynch.
Also, I'm curious - to those of you who hopped on the FA bandwagon, did you do it because everyone else was doing it or did you do it because you actually thought about the situation?
