The cute ones are not mafia. Some of them could, but not all of them

I'd think that the lake trio would be considered "cute" but apparently not.

^No cute would be the following: Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, the legendary beasts, Latias, Latios, Rayquaza, Darkrai, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Virizion, and Victini.

I'm pretty sure the flavor text said the lake trio would have 'fit their theme'

Anyways, not all the cute pokemon are mafia.... probably. Shaymin, Meloetta, Keldeo, Jirachi, Celebi are all pretty cute - but who knows?
