You joined the Assembly along time ago, and were one of the first members. You sculpted three kids out of Ice, rock and steel, before falling into a deep sleep. You were later woken up by the other legendaries to help combat Adorable.
You are amazingly powerful, but your ability hurts you. When you wake up you are very slow moving.

This means that you’re vote counts for half a normal vote. When you’re ability wares off (Which takes five phases) you lost the half vote, and gain a double vote.

You are allied with the Assembly; you win if all threats to the Assembly are eliminated

The 'adorable' legendaries, like Mew or Manaphy, I think. Maybe Shaymin? Is Shaymin a legendary?

The next day, a small and scared Shaymin ran into the hall. He told the other legendaries of how this group, called Adorable, tried to force her to join. When she refused, they tried to kill her. They had told her, that now that Arceus was gone, they would be taking control of the world. They said that she, as a small legendary should join then. Only one thing could be done, they had to find and defeat this Adorable group, before it was too late.

It's the cute legendaries that are the mafia... ^^;

I always knew manaphy was the spawn of satan. Now it's confirmed.
