Sorry about my inactivity. I've had personal things to deal with, but I should be a lot more active by tomorrow.

A strange man burst into the room. He was dressed all in black, he wore a cloak and a top hat, he looked rather silly but the look in his eyes was stern. "Leave us" he shouted at Roy and the stranger with the shifty eyes. They left the room immediately, leaving the injured man on the floor and the magiciany man to vanquish whatever was left of Denholm Reynholm's disintergrating spirit.

Out in the hallway, Roy struggled to catch his breath. The events of the past few days had taken its toll and the grief he felt for his mother laid heavy on his spirit. He fell to his knees and rested his head against the wall. The brightness of the hallway lights stung his eyes, for a moment he closed his eyes almost like he was ready to never open them again. The noise coming from the room they'd just left was horrendous. It sounded like someone was fighting with a thousand demons. The screams and banging drowned out the crook's subtle movements. Still with his eyes closed he felt cold, rough hands wrap around his neck. When he finally opened his eyes again he recognised the crook's face. In the conference room it had been a blur but now, the memory of him came flashing back. At one point he called this man a friend. This was the man he called the cops onto during a bank robbery he was invited to be part of. The bitterness shone in Dan's eyes, the betrayal. Roy knew this man was never going to let him walk free.

Yes, because "feelings" are totally the way you should play and win mafias. How about you come with something more concrete.

Atomic and Rio were both targeted but protected by Bel., so they're both cleared. I've been told by a trustworthy source that Ryoga is cleared. SageGaga claimed to be the real miller - I don't think he's lying. Fresa plays in a scummy way, but she did get rid of two mafias with us. I don't know why she would help us out if she were mafia, unless she's serial killer number 2. I don't think there would be two serial killers in a 16 player mafia game.

So now, because we have the serial killer and 2 scums down, I'm going to go ahead and claim cop. But you already know that Mij. As to why I wasn't targeted, probably because the mafia knew I would contact Rio, and thus targeted Rio. Also, the mafia probably didn't know my dial-up is ridiculously good and I can get my result before the day phase.

I really think it comes down to you and Sunburn./: I checked Sunburn the night before andhe came up town. Course, you also came up town through Synthesis' check. You can claim to me Mij, and I might reconsider. Or you could claim to the whole thread as I believe we're nearing endgame.

Oh yeah, the mafia totally has two roleblockers.

I know people are still suspicious of Aelita, but I don't understand why she would be voting off her own members if she were mafia.
