Nevermind, I understand.
Probably because lynching a townie is stupid?
I'm inclined to believe Rio as she is obviously the most trustworthy as of now. She's been protected twice, which leads me to believe the cop might have contacted her. So I'm also going to go with
I'm the miller. Even if this cop check is real, it would come up mafia. Remove your votes, we're not wasting a phase.
Somehow, I doubt that claim's truth....
And just something I want to ask: why are you saying 'if' the check is real? Do you have any reason to doubt that the check is genuine? Rio is a proven mason, obviously targeted for a nightkill last night, so she has no reason to lie; anyone lying to her would be lynched directly the next day phase, so I'm inclined to believe that Rio's source is telling the truth.
If you lynch me today, what you're basically saying to the world is that any kind of discussion is completely pointless and mafia games should be played solely based on whether or not a power role gets lucky and the game has nothing to do with skill whatsoever.
Think of the children. What will they think of you slaughtering an innocent man? What will you tell the international courts when you finally lose the war for killing your own people? You were "just following orders?" Well there is a simple solution. You could help the town win this game right now.
Break down the barriers of perception! Free your minds from this cruel paradigm! Tune in, turn on, drop out! Unvote TheMissingno., IT Crowd Mafia Miller!
Think of some of the world's greatest disasters. The sinking of the Titanic, the fall of Rome, the holocaust, and most horrible of all, Jar Jar Binks. What do these terrible things have in common? Complacency. People allowed them to happen. It's a vicious cycle of violence that shows no signs of stopping.
Even today the cycle continues. Wars with no reason. Genocide, thirst, starvation, disease. Despicableness is an epidemic, but it can stop. Take the first step right here, right now. Sometimes we have to make a tough decision, but sometimes the decision is only tough because you know it's not the right decision. Do what you know is right.
I thought that most people didn't have a clue that the holocaust was happening/the holocaust was what it was? Sure, the guards allowed it...but... *shrug*Complacency. People allowed them to happen.
But, uh, in any case... ._.
