She said that it can work "once" in the game when she chooses to activate it. I never got her to prove it, but I think the Flavor Cop check + the incriminating evidence is enough to 100% her as scum.

@Master Mew; What's with the "Meh... I'll sheep this."? If I recall, you don't seem like the type to just hop onto a wagon without first hearing the defendant out. If I also bring this up, you kept defending Zima, probably knowing her alignment. I defended Zima because she looked Town, not because I was waiting for a reply. I fail to see how those two cases are at all related.
