They hid in the shadows, watching their target closely. As the moon got covered by the clouds, they decided now was the perfect moment to strike.

One of them jumped out, ready to send in the killing blow. When suddenly, the ground started rumbling. Soon, it started shaking fiercely and entire boulders were forcing their way out of the ground. Its effect was being felt throughout the entire town and buildings came crashing down. This couldn't be an earthquake...

The one who was getting ready to kill, lost his balance and the blast went flying off in another direction. It went sailing into the air and soon gracefully swooped down and struck somewhere with a powerful explosion.

It was only later they found out, someone else than who they intended it for actually took the brunt of that explosion...
