Not really. It's not like she could have gotten you lynched just because you didn't claim to her on day 1.

Okay first off, I'm not sure whom I suspect the most, so I'll just say what I think about the three main suspects this phase.

GWS - The claim isn't all too unrealistic, but it's also not super common to have a lynch/night kill protection every fifth phase. >_> It's possible he's mafia with a one shot lynch immunity. I can't get a read on him since I haven't played with him much before, though.

Lithuania - On shot night kill immunity is easy for mafia to claim. Her claim that Belarus. deleted their QuickTopic is a rather gutsy move, though, but she's made riskier moves before.

Belarus. - If she really did delete the QuickTopic, that's really suspicious, but all we have right now is a "she said, she said" case this would sound better if either of them was a dude, so I'm unsure right now. Her claim isn't that far fetched, though.

You don't have to be. One vote from someone isn't the end of the world. Plus refusing to claim to someone on day 1 is a pretty bad reasoning for a vote, too.

Lithuania claimed to be Spike to me last night. I think it's plausible, considering her claim and the Night 1 flavor text, but it doesn't confirm that she's independent.

I think that GWS wasn't lying about his claim, or that' what the flavor text leads me to think.

Edit: Not that it means that hes not mafia.

Don't know why she couldn't do it in thread, to be honest with you.

@Luminosity; I contacted her via PM because I suspected her role based on the flavor text and what she claimed. I'm surprised that Spike would be independent, but the mafia wouldn't attack one of their own.

Ah, that makes a lot more sense than her claiming to you out of the blue xD

I'm still unsure as to why she wouldn't nameclaim after TheShuckpluff asked her too, but who knows.
