What would you wear out on a date?

So, if you guys or gals had a date tonight. Maybe a first date with someone you've liked for a while, or first date with a boyfriend/girlfriend. Whatever the case may be, what would you wear on this date?

I would personally wear what I want cause then i'm not showing off or 'lying'.
But sometimes it would depend on the type of person

A black tuxedo with a white dress coat, and probably a pair of shades. Yeah!

If it were with Nat? Jeans and a t-shirt. He don't care. He'd probably wear the same, anyway.

It really depends on where I'm going. You always need to be dressed appropriately for where you are (and that means you don't want to be overdressed either).

I would usually get dressed up when we go out, but most of my dates with Marina are rather... Impractical. We go ice skating, watch the city lights from the roof of her apartment, curl up and watch movies.

I suppose it depends on the situation.

In the unlikely event that I'd go out on a date, I'd stick with the Chobits dating philosophy and dress normally.

I like my leather jacket and combat boots. I usually wear them with a sundress and leggings or shorts and a nice shirt.

...No, I'm totally serious.

I would always wear something that I feel comfortable in, but I'd still make sure that it's appropriate for the occasion. I'm pretty much the type of girl who, if I could, would always dress like I stepped out of a fashion magazine. Of course, I don't have a lot of money, but I still do a pretty good job of looking stylish. My boyfriend has even complimented me on my style because I can look good without trying too hard. :cool: ...Then again, he thinks I'm the cutest thing ever even if I wear sweatpants and hoodies all the time. :-p But basically I wear what I like and what I feel good in, and my boyfriend likes what I wear because my style always reflects who I am.

Something comfortable like jeans and a T-shirt, even if its a "fancy" date I know how to dress up a casual look :cool:

I swear sometimes my outfit is more important to me then the date xD But it's really dependant on the date. Like I cant tell what to wear depending on the guy and what were going to do on the date. Like sometimes you got to dress killer, though I don't think I've ever..and mean ever, worn just plain denim jeans and normal t-shirt on a date. No offence to anyone that does, but fashion is my life. I would rather go out in stripy white and black leggins, a bow blouse, a nice blazer and wedges then that xD

It doesn't matter, my date should like me for who I am, and not what I wear XDD

But, to be honest, I would at least try on something neat and clean. A date is a date after all, and I'm pretty sure my date would be disappointed if I just threw on whatever clothing I had. Neat and clean clothing would tell you how much you respect your date, and how much you care about that special time you'd spend with your loved one.

I already put an effort into how I dress everyday, so my attire wouldn't be much different if I were to go on a date with someone. I'm a bit of a dress up freak. Besides, I think its natural to dress nicely during a date. It, unfortunately, does make an impression...

Casual, but decent-looking. I'm not going with an 8-years-old washed-out t-shirt

Doesn't matter what I wear as long as the girl still likes me for who I am.
