Thread: Your Personality

I'm also shy and quiet around people who I don't know.
But when I'm with friends I just act differently. I do speak more, am quite random and have a strange sense for sarcastical comments at the right moment that makes everyone laugh, although I don't have a clue why they're laughing so hard. Am I that funny? Whatever :P

I'm a quiet person, I'm a happy person, I'm a hyper person, it really all depends on the situation.

However, by default, I'm very quiet and shy even around people that I've known for years. I'm also not normally a very trusting person, but that's because my past has been pretty rough, so I only trust very few people and whatnot. About the happy part, I like to put a smile on my face a lot and make jokes, so I guess thats the happy side of me which kinda turns into hyper sometimes? xD;

Around people I've just met or don't know, I'm more laid back and quiet.

Around those I've known for a while, I'm totally different. I have a sarcastic sense of humor, and I also like to make snide remarks. I'm usually calm, but I can be pretty hyper sometimes. I can be cynical at times. I'm also told I'm just like a tsundere. Really, what the. -_- I love to quote from anime/manga, so if you don't know the quote, you'll probably be confused. I can be random at times. VERY random. I blush easily, and I also apparently show all of my emotions on my face. Which I'm not sure is good or bad.

Quit most of the time, especially around people I don't really know too well. I can be very nice most of the time, but don't say much, except online for whatever reason. I have a short temper, especially around my older brother who easily pisses me off.
With friends I do talk more, but it's still not much and usually when people ask questions. I tend to be pretty random at times and that's when I have the most energy.

Around people I don't know, I hardly ever say anything and just glare at them. With my friends, I can be a little random, but I'm more well-known for being cynical and sarcastic. I'll keep a straight face in pretty much any situation, though.

Probably a little bit shy and reserved. I usually just joke around and act stupid with people when I do get to know them. That's why all my male friends see me as friends :P

I think i'm a nice person, definitely approachable. I can be sarcastic and self righteous sometimes. Females don't always like me very much. I have no idea why.

Unless you're someone I'm very very close to, I tend to be quite shy and nervous around people. I often wish I could talk in groups, but it's just not something I'm ever gonna be good at. I do try to keep a level head and if an argument is going on I tend to understand both viewpoints. I'm extremely disorganized and forgetful, but I'd rather not be either of those things and despite my organization issues I love to organize. I tend to procrastinate on absolutely everything and I won't do something unless I'm absolutely sure I'm allowed to do it. Also, I feel like my sense of humor is buried somewhere, but I never seem to be able to actually use it. Mostly I just tend to be a wallflower and step in when something's wrong or when the subject is something I'm comfortable with.

Hell, I'm not even sure if this is an entirely correct description, I'm horrible at describing myself. Maybe someone else who knows me could say it better.

I took the Myers-Briggs test once and was classified as a BAMF :P

Seriously though, I'm pretty quiet and deferential; being alone doesn't bother me but I love being around friends, though I feel like I'm needy to the point where I'm always afraid I'm bothering them. Definitely not a natural leader but I tend to make my own decisions, although I have a few friends that I really respect and look up to for advice. I think I'm a fairly nice person most of the time and if anyone decided to talk to me out of the blue I would happily talk to them too.

On the Briggs-Meyer test, I got ISTP, which describes me perfectly, but I'll describe my personality.

I'm very introverted, but I do feel the need to be clingy every once and a while. Being around people makes me uncomfortable most of the time, and I love to have lots of space to myself. I'm not very organized, and don't really care about a lot of things. However, at the same time, I care a lot. Maybe too much. I often crave attention, but I try to hold back from attempting to get it. I'm very sensitive, so it doesn't take a lot to drastically shift my emotions and thoughts. I have my moments of extreme cockiness, but I am modest for the most part. I don't really believe in myself, and hardly ever set goals to make attempts to reach. I have a very difficult time listening to people whenever they are telling me that I did something good or bad. I can be very reckless and immature, always trying to find the easy way out of difficult situations. In addition to all of this, I would rather hear the sad truth to everything than a happy lie.

ISTJ

I am the "maths" type, with a generally higher IQ than most people. Im a bit introverted and can't easily make friends, but I can trust people easily. I tend to judge people with logic when it comes to serious things, but I'm also joking quite a lot. Obsessed with technology and gadgets, much easier for me to make net friends over real ones.
In school, I am faring pretty well, and I am quite the popular guy despite my introversity.
Hate whatever has to do with Language, Litterature and theories in general, but I like History with a different approach than normal.

People can't easily find out what I am, and in fact, I'm not helping them do that. But whoever knows me a bit more knows what kind of a person I am and likes me. With the exception of some annoying leading figures at school :)P

I honestly have no idea. I am very hyper and high octane but I burn out VERY easily. And when I do, I don't want to be around anyone. I care deeply for my friends, but at the same time, I like to keep my distance from them. I confuse myself...

I'm quiet and slow to anger on the outside, but high-strung and constantly trying to order my internal and external world underneath. I express my true emotions rarely and seem to have a narrow range of feeling in comparison to other people, but have a great deal of depth in the areas that are important to me. Thinking on my feet or in the midst of work is easiest for me and the gears in my head rarely stop turning while I'm awake. I enjoy interacting with a variety of people while having only a few close friends.

Thought I'd redo it since my previous one was a little vague.

To people I've just met, I have a habit of coming off as a little antisocial. Since I'm generally shy and reserved around people I don't know or I'm not very fond of, people tend to mistake that for me being rude or unwilling to have a conversation. Once you get me going though, I can be a little too talkative, hyper and optimisic. I guess I'm kind of a nice person, I'm friendly to almost everyone and I'm never purposely rude. I tend to trust people easily, making me impeccably naive and dependent on other's for everything. Sometimes, even when it's something I feel incredibly passionate about, I'll refrain from acting upon it at I'm afraid of offending anyone else or making mistakes. I have terribly low self-confidence, so making even the tiniest mistake is a big deal to me. I also get depressed very easily and I'm a very sensitive person, I don't like being made fun of and I have a bad habit of taking things way out of proportion. However, even though I despise myself, I love making other people feel happy because seeing them happy makes the world seem like a better place. If one of my friends are upset I'll always try my hardest to keep them happy, no matter what the inconvenience is to myself. I like to think of myself as accepting, I'm not quick to judge and I'll be friends with everyone and anyone. On the other hand, I'm very judgemental of myself, and have ideals that are too strict for me to accomplish. That's not to say I don't have ambition though, because my goals in life are generally quite high and I aim for the top rather than settling for normal. It's important to me that I get recognised by others, as I hold other's opinions of me in high regard, especially negatives. I don't think very logically, and tend to have a more creative and artistic view on life as opposed to a logical and intelligent view on life (which I guess might have something to do with me being great at languages and writing and terrible at maths and science). I also have the habit of being incredibly formal to people I respect or look up to, but I'm also informal with most conversations. However, I'm angered very, very easily. I have an amazingly short fuse and the slightest remark can make me seriously angry. I do tend to get over it quickly though, if I'm left to my own space. I am attuned to anything that might be dangerous and I am security conscious. I prefer doing the job myself than having other's help me do it, because I feel they show me up if they do, which I guess is pretty selfish.

Im all over the place really....Im just a very odd person on the web and in real life.

I am very shy, which I believe comes off as rude sometimes. Not my fault, but at least I'm not as shy as I once was as a kid. I am introverted so it's a little difficult for me to make friends right off the bat. However, I've got two best friends who have been with me for a long time and we have endless fun together.

I'm not rude. Just too shy for my own good. T__T
