I have a fear of spiders, birds and death; but my only real phobia is vomit (both seeing it or being/feeling sick).

Criticophobia-fear of critics or criticism (only partial)
Algophobia-fear of pain (only partial)

I have a massive fear of getting hit in the face with balls (after having a basket/volly/base/etc ball hit my face numerous times since I was little, that's to be expected).

idk its formal name, but...

- phobia of centipedes: i swear, ever since the age of like 5. whenever i see one, i scream, i yell, and i start crying. i am terrified of centipedes. i hate how they look, i hate how they crawl... ehhh. even talking about them makes me shudder.

i'm also scared of heights, um... bugs in general, embarrassment, and failing.

I'm slightly afraid of the dark after an incident that I'm still not sure if it was a dream or not but it seemed way too real to be a dream. It happened almost 9 years ago, so I've grown out of my fear quite a bit since then but I still sleep with the tv on now because of it.

I'm not really sure what else I'm actually afraid of, though I guess I get a little startled when I see a bug in my house lol. But I don't freak out or anything.

I don't Know if this is actually a phobia, but i'm afraid of believing that something bad will happen, like some places i pass by give off what i say is "a creepy aura". Like i pass a carnival, or Six Flags or something, i think someone will die. It all started when i first heard about accidents happened at Six flags, such as the boy who got decapitated by a dropping ride(Superman, I think)trying to get his baseball cap. Also, I'm a fan of Final Destination, and that may have caused the problem too. This got a little weird, even my friends say-

I don't have any known phobias, but I do strongly dislike Spiders.

i used to be like that when i was like 10-12. the movies made me like that. but as i grew, i kind of forgot about death's design and such. so these *signs* i was seeing were just random thoughts created by the aforementioned movies.

Fear of elevators. Hate the things. :(

Also, fear of being criticised - although it's more of a fear of flaming, concrit is fine. :/

I'm afraid of Cockroaches and Heights. Those are the only ones I'm pretty much sure I have phobias of. :/

Athazagoraphobia - (fear of being forgotten) its kinda like being alone even though you're in a room full of people :C
Escalaphobia - (fear of escalators) tho i've been really good about this for the past year or so, i just have panic attacks when faced with trying to get on an escalator.. i had a mishap on one as a child.

(after seeing The Omen) (no official name for it yet) Fear of being sliced in two by the elevator cable while in said elevator...

Astraphobia/Brontophobia - (fear of thunder or bad storms)
Chorophobia/Agoraphobia - (fear of dancing in public)
Decidophobia - (fear of making decisions [but only big ones for me])

Not sure what it's called but sharp pointy things like needles and pins. Not on the whole, but just when they go near my wrist I will spazz out uncontrollably or cry.

Also being sick in public.
