Thread: Penmanship

I write extremely neat. As far as cursive writing, it's a bit awkward, but still on the neat side nonetheless.

I guess you can say that I'm a perfectionist about my handwriting. xD;

Normally neat, but when my hand gets tired it becomes really sloppy.

I say it's about average, only been used to writing in uppercase letters as I felt lowercase ones were puny. Also, the way I write the letter "G" is weird. x_x

My handwriting is legible enough for me to use handwriting recognition on my tablet to make this post, but exactly how legible it is varies. I can give you a sample, though.

Depends. If I'm writing quickly, good luck actually being able to decipher anything. I barely can if it's bad enough.

If I'm writing slowly...eh. It can be sort of neat.

My script is apparently nigh-unreadable unless you're used to it.

I was told today that my cursive is beautiful but messy. My goal is for it to be intimidating and make teachers not want to grade my assignments, and not notice the errors. When neatness or legibility is an issue, I will print.

Let's not even go there. My handwriting is really poor. Here, look. It's awful.

When I'm writing something I like/care about and am not rushing, my handwriting is quite legible and neat. It didn't always used to be, but I forced myself to learn to write better.

Now cursive... I don't even remember half of the alphabet in cursive, LOL. So it's just a mix of cursive and print, making it harder to read. And some letters just look like crap when I write them in cursive.

Penmanship, you say? In this, you are all dust beneath my feet.

It's like a 7-year-old's!
