Ahhhh, now that rings a bell. xD Somehow the use of legendaries in the anime feels weird. They're deity's in one episode and not the next.

Don't mind me, just going to clean house in the league...

That's how I feel exactly. :c There was a whole movie devoted to Darkrai, and didn't someone just use it in the Sinnoh league?
Yes there was a random trainer with a Darkrai and a Latios. Ash ended up losing to that guy. Wonder if there were any more legends on that team.

With a Skitty right next to it.
I don't like how Legendaries don't feel so Legendary anymore (in the games or otherwise). Maybe it's because I've gotten older (I recently rediscovered a movie that scared the shit out of me when I was a kid called Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland and now it doesn't faze me at all) or maybe it's because there are so many now.
I liked when legendaries were more mysterious. I mean in RBY, you pretty much had Cinnabar Mansion telling you about Mewtwo and Mew, and that was it. By the time we got to RSE, legendaries were like deities instead of mysterious, uber-rare Pokemon. I'm not sure I like that as much :/
I dont mind if they're used in battle in the anime, though it bugs me to see them controlled like that.

They've also been less conservative in the number they introduce in each generation.
Gen I: 5
Gen II: 6
Gen III: 10
Gen IV: 13
Gen V: 13
I would rather they introduce less so they could develop more story for each one.
Seeing legendary Pokemon used by trainers in the anime is just weird for me. I'd like it more if a person just had a partnership or special relationship with the legendary Pokemon, and it not be in a Pokeball. And I'd like it if there was only one of all Legendaries.
Im ok like if a Pokemon trainer is friends with a legendary, but the legendary should want to travel with the human. Though we don't know how the guy in the Sinnoh league got the Darkrai, maybe it wanted to be his Pokemon and didnt mind being in a Pokeball.

I think my favorite moment in the anime featuring a legendary (of the episodes I've seen, I stopped watching regularly halfway through Johto) was Ho-Oh in episode 1. I remember being obsessed with what that mysterious bird Pokemon was lol.
I don't watch the anime anymore so that's a non-issue for me :P
I agree with Luminosity, the amount of legendaries they're introducing has gotten a bit out of control. I'd like to see only a few introduced with each new generation as well.
Also I thought that was a Moltres until Gen II came out ^^'
I think a lot of people did, Ho-oh has appeared a few times actually, I always like seeing it appear.
