If there is one it won't be out too soon, Pixar are known for their quality, they wouldn't risk a popular franchise by rushing out a sequel.

Yeah true they wouldn't rush it. If anything, I hope 2015/2016.

I didn't like Cars, and I actually thought Finding Nemo was boring. I loved The Incredibles though.

I really liked Cars. But I tend to like anything Disney. (Except Cars 2)

cars is the only Pixar film that I couldn't watch again.

I'd be okay if it came out 2020, gives it time to create a good story. But it would need to avoid predictability, it can't repeat any of the themes from the previous films really.
