And I grew up with YuGiOh, so that also pulls me towards it.

I've always preferred YGO to MTG. The former just seemed more accessible to me.

I used to play YGO, easier to learn I think, but I like MTG for its depth, storylines, card designs etc.

See, I like that. makes it seem like you are a wizard and you have to draw from the elements to summon the better spells.

Ah, I grew up with MTG, so I have a proclivity for that :P yeah, the lands definitely turn some people off to it, but I'm more used to paying with mana vs sacrificing creatures, etc.

Grew up with YGO and Pokemon. The Pokemon TCG game for the gameboy is still in my top 10 favourtie games.
