Also appearently a new event victini will be released, this time with v-create, bolt strike, blue flare and glaciate. It's pretty obvious Victini is that one Game Freak staff's guy's favourite pokemon (forgot who though) xD

Yeah his. With Bolt Strike having 93 accuracy thanks to victory star it's a very potent move for victini, making it better than it already was. Maybe this will be enough to move it up to OU and give sun a push.

The last Victini had no fixed nature, don't see why this one would.

I dont think Event Pokemon usually have a fixed nature unless set to be shiny if I recall correctly, I could be wrong, but the last event Victini I was able to SR for nature without a problem.
