Warpath is an Autobot from the 80s "The Transformers" cartoon who would throw in "explosive, descriptive" words to his dialouge. His alt. mode was a tank, so the whole motif/theme fit the character.
Tourette's Syndrome... Turret Syndrome. Fitting, because his chest was a tank turret.

I have to say my favorite vocal quirk was either Soundwave or Shrapnel's, Shrapnel's.
I like Soundwave.

Though I must say my favorite character was either Huffer, Bombshell, Optimus or Cyclonus. I just loved Huffer's whining. Sludge and Long Haul were also pretty cool. Try saying 'want some pie?' in Sludge's voice.

Psha, I was trolling man. I've seen G1. Back when Bumblebee was a VW Beetle I think and he had horns, and Optimus had a GF.
Yeah, I've seen it. You'd be surprised what this 15-year old knows about G1.
