Raichu's Yellow sprite was great. I'd say that it even would beat all its other sprites if it was revamped.
Ironically enough, Yellow was the only Gen I game that you couldn't obtain a Raichu without trading in. :|

Don't think I ever got around to evolving my Pikachu, because I didn't want to see the little Mon disappear into the Pokéball after evolving. :(
