I just watched Wall-e with my family. I was the only one who had already seen it before.

I don't see why people always complain about it. I always thought it wasn't that bad, and my brother didn't really seem to mind either.

    Whoooooooooooooosh!

I was trying to be funny; I didn't mind it, either. That's my favorite Zelda game, actually.

Just because you were trying to be funny (very obvious) doesn't automatically mean you weren't serious.

If I say "Gallade, y u no die in a fire", I might be trying to be funny and unserious, but that doesn't mean that's not my actual opinion. Because as a matter of fact, I do truly hate Gallade. You seem to assume that just because you're making a joke about it your opinion must be the opposite, which isn't always the case, and therefore not as straightforward as you make it out to be.

I'm confused, what are we discussing, exactly? You seem to have a very serious tone, but I'm not sure what caused it. o_o

I think you were looking way too deep into what I said, but that's just me. Think what you want, I have no desire to debate about my joke.

I think the topic was seriousness in humor, based loosely on what I've seen.

No basically it is: if you make a joke, does that mean you automatically disagree with the opinions stated in that joke because you're joking? X-strike's reply to my reply to his joke made it look like he thinks yes, while I think no.
