You guys had a lot to say about my hometown while I was gone, I see.
@Mollycule; Detroit's the largest city in Michigan, and it's right across the border from Canada (specifically, Ontario). Its main claim to fame is being the center of the American auto industry.
And yeah, Baccano! is weird because it's very non-linear in how it tells its story. But the characters are so ridiculous and hilarious, and I love the 1930s New York setting so much that I don't give a damn. And I hear it starts to make sense later.
Plus, it's a really good English dub, since they try to replicate the various American accents of the characters. One of those few anime (like Cowboy Bebop) where the dub is out-and-out superior. Since it's Funimation, it has a lot of the FMA voice actors on it. Hearing Ling Yao or Riza Hawkeye with Brooklyn accents is pretty great all on its own...

Hi, I'm Rose. I love music, alcohol, pointless Internet debates and being a snob about my choices in entertainment. I write a lot. You can read some of my writing at Autostraddle.com, the best site for LBTQ women on the Internet, where I am a staff writer. Or the funhouse that is my tumblr. I also write music sometimes, and post the better fruits of my labors on my SoundCloud.

Im gonna get a ton of dex entries from all the Dream World Pokemon I have on White. That'll probably help, but it's gonna be a pain to trade all of them to Black 2.
If Al Gore would've been president (and he did win that election by popular vote by the way), then there's a good chance we wouldn't have Obama now.
Even if you do support the two party system, it is clear that the electoral system is unfair.
What you all been doing off site lately? I've been watching Its Always Sunny in Philly lately, near the end of season 3. Really enjoying it, not entirely sure if it was ever broadcast over here.
