Meh, orange juice is ok. I prefer apple juice or grape juice or something like that or Lemon/Limeade
That sounds really good. Maybe because Im thirsty and probably should get something to drink.
Well I don't drink enough water, kinda bad habit I have, it's probably unhealthy.
I dunno if you really need that much, I will sometimes have a few glasses a day( less than 8) and I feel fine.
I'd say go with what your body is telling you. When the volume of water in our body is too low or the concentration of certain things (like salt) is too high, our brain causes us to feel thirsty. And urine tells a lot about the level of hydration too: the goal is a pale yellow.
There's no point in overhydrating since the kidneys will just excrete the unneeded water.
I should drink less carbonated stuff and juice. I don't need the acid on my teeth and I should consume less sugar and artificial sweetener. I just hate the taste of water, although I think it doesn't disgust me as much now.

Drinking water instead of anything is normally a good idea. I even think that some water actually tastes good :P
I worry about acid and my teeth, so Ive cut down on soda and I dont drink juice due to the sugar content( its kinda out of control) I find tap water fine, sometimes with lemon in it, though again because of the acid, not usually
I probably drink too much juice >.> I used it as a soda substitute but now I think I should dump it entirely.
