-The accents over there are DEFINITELY sexy.
-The type of humor is more intelligent, in my opinion.
-The food, the fashion, the lifestyles, the politics.
-The music, tv shows, movies and books that come out of there!
    -And the HISTORY.

I'm moving overseas someday, I swear I am.

There are some nice actors over there, like Stephen Fry and John Cleese. If anyone has audio of the two talking to each other, hit me up immediately.

I'm not sure. I've always liked British people, my first girlfriend was a Brit, I love England's countryside... I also like learning how the cultures vary ever so slightly, yet so extremely at the same time.

I'm neither British or American, but I want to do this anyway.

The reasons I like the British and Americans are pretty much the same - the main ones being accents. Most British accents make people sound generally intelligent, and, although I hate using the word, most American accents just sound cool. Cars, too, is a huge part of my love for them - I especially love older cars like the Jaguar E-Type, and "older" American muscle cars like the 1968 Dodge Charger.

    British people are BRILLIANT!
(using a word they like to say a lot)

To be honest, the UK is charming and London is one of my favorite cities on the planet.

I LOVE the accent. It's so classy and smart sounding. Also, British people just seem more calm, which I like. And because of a certain actor.

all my life I've tried to hide what history has given me

Several reasons. Ever since watching "Thomas the Tank Engine" as a kid, I've felt like I was meant to be born there instead. So my big reason is because I'm more drawn to their railways than our own.

    Other reasons include-

Better Humor (Monty Python's Flying Circus, Mr. Bean, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, Last of the Summer Wine, Are You Being Served? and Are You Being Served? Again!/Grace Manor, Fawlty Towers)

Fantastic fictional written works (Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, The Railway Series, Artemis Fowl, though technically that's Irish, and coming soon to ebooks, The British Railway Stories, etc)

    Accents. HNNNNNNNNNG.

    Blue. Boxes.

Interesting Vocab. (I.E. Trucks are lorries, freight cars are trucks, fries are chips, chips are crisps, etc.)

Demoman. (Aye, me bottle of scrumpy!)

Castles. We don't have Castles. I think.

Um....rainy weather? I don't mind the rain. Mostly.

I'll say I like England because of the history, of course, as well as the books. The humor's typically great as well - the Monty Python movies are some of the funniest ever.

    And the accents.

    AND THE NWOBHM.
Crack some heads for me, darlings. Thank you, and good night.

Reasons why I like the British:

    - Some of the greatest bands in the world (Beatles, Queen, etc)
    - Monty Python
    - Dr. Who
    - Aardman
    - The accents
    - The atmosphere of your homeland
    - Red foxes

If only the U.S. didn't turn you into villains in our movies, as well as giving people from countries far away from the UK British accents; it's becoming a stereotype.
