Spurt! is my absolute favorite. The song is catchy as hell, Matsumoto Rika sounds amazing, and the animation that goes along with it is fantastic. It's basically the history of the entire franchise, up to that point, all in about a minute and a half. It's fantastic.
I also really dig the a cappella version used in the Manaphy movie.
OK! is a close second.

The Greatest - Everyday! And the Band version are really amazing I like how they show every single Legendary created, And the song is wicked but I prefer the band version.
Spurt!! is unbelievably catchy, sometimes I find myself going "OMOIDE IMA WA SHIMATTE OKOUUUUUUUUUU ANO BASHO MEZASHIIIIIIIIII SUPAATTOOOO KAKEYOUZEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
and then realizing i'm in public. :|
i have a real love for pokemon symphonic medley though; it's orchestrated so ridiculously beautifully and the ending chords never fail to give me chills. that said i also love best wishes >:D
AG had some real amazing music~~
totally crash:
mafia win/lose tally . vocal covers . ffn.net . ao3 . tumblr
winner of most entertaining host, best team town performance for havendale 2 mafia and best team mafia performance for family guy mafia in the 2nd annual war room awards
My favorite thus far is Spurt! for the reasons Dogasu has stated. Rica does a beautiful job on the vocals, and I find the tune quite catchy.
I also enjoy The Greatest - Everyday!. To me, it's a culmination of everything DP had presented compacted into an astounding, soaring tune. It felt like the perfect closing OP to the series.
Tooooo many to list. I can't decide. Probably Ready Go, because I love fluid techno/rock fusion and incredible lyrics and singing.
Not all those who wander are lost...
Battle Frontier. By golly, Battle Frontier.
The Greatest Everyday comes second, if only for it being so ridiculously catchy.
New Track: Going Up
Winner of the Most Creative Host, Fair Hosting & Best Mafia Series Awards for the War Room Awards 2012.
High Touch, because I used to love Dawn.
Battle Frontier comes second.
Hmm, tough choice between High Touch and Spurt, but the latter is more effective at lodging itself in my brain, which is arguably a bad thing.
High Touch it is then!
Fennikign
Porkmern X & Poklemin Y

"Battle Frontier," full stop. I started watching the Japanese version right at about the time "Spurt!" came out. Don't get me wrong, "Spurt!" is amazing too, as many others have taken note of above already. But when I looked a few episodes back and saw "Battle Frontier," it blew me away. It didn't sound like something Pokémon would do, and that impressed me. Not to mention I liked the animation that went with it, in both the opening of the show and that of the eighth movie.
But honestly, all of these are great songs. The only one that I don't care for as much as the others is "Best Wishes."

One of my favorites is defiantly, TYPE WILD New Year's Special Opening. It's catchy nice and epic and I love the mix of Kanto and Johto Pokemon. You have gotta love that singer and those lyrics words like "cool" and "sneakers" I can relate to too. I'm weird like that
Remembering the days, I trained hard and I played
In our Pallet Town
Feeling so proud of the friends I made
Knowing that our goals are the same
The sneakers that I wear, the coolest of all pair
Take me everywhere
You'll only find them in Pallet Town
Worn out but the best you will find
They help me get through my journeys
Time after time
*And before you know it type: wild
Gonna reach my goal type: wild
Keep on going type: wild
Gonna be strong type: wild
For I know,...... this will be reality
Go follow....... allllll youur dreams
The first version of Saikou Everyday!. When I first saw it, I was in complete awe and watched it many times over and over again. The animation was beautiful, and the song was so inspiring and energetic. It left a great impression for me! The band version didn't feel as great, though.
I laughed, I cried,
I puked a little in my mouth.
I thought Spurt! was pretty amazing. The music was edgy and the imagery was pretty fierce as well. It remains my favorite Opening theme to this day.
AG just had so many terrific ones. Challenger's my least favorite, and it's still a great opening. I really can't make up my mind of them, since they're all great. I loved the animation that went with Spurt, because it showed all of his other pokemon which we hadn't seen in forever. Advanced Adventure. WAKU WAKU! Don't know what it means but I really like it. And PSM just seemed like it was on such a grand scale that it was terrific.
