Which Ending of the Pokémon anime is your favorite and why?

I've mainly only heard the full TV-version endings of the original series and AG, and I like "Fantasy in My Pocket." It sounds so... "non-Pokemon-like", I guess? And old-fashioned. Like in some 70's show or something. And it's pleasant sounding. A guilty pleasure.

Two words: WATASHI, MAKENAI. With Haruka as my favorite of Ash's female companions, I felt it was an amazing song to reinforce who she was, her goals, and her outlook. Not to mention those CRAZY GUITARS. I'm quite partial to Hikari's theme as well, but it's a bit different, as it was just when she was beginning her adventure (although I suppose that all boils down to Haruka and Hikari's personality differences). Other favorites are Hyakugojuichi, Pokettari Monsutari, Soko ni Sora ga Aru kara, Ippai Summer, Moeyo Gizamimi Pichu, and Pokémon Ieru Ka na? BW.

Dawn's Theme, Kaze no Message and Kimi no Mune ni Lalala are my favorite 3
May's Theme, Ashita wa Kitto and Spiky Eared Pichu's song are others that I like, but no as much as the top 3
I also really loved the animation for each of these

The winter version of Hikari's theme and Haruka's theme stand out the most though.

My favourite is Takeshi's paradise, for obvious reasons. I also like how it played in his special episode whilst he was battling, haha.


Apart from that, I would have to say the two last DP endings - I especially liked the last one because it's a really sweet song and it foreshadowed at the time all three going on their own journeys, and I like Which One is it? because it's based around cool pokemon. Other than that, I like Type Wild because it played in the Ash vs. Paul battle (I think?) and that was great.

Kimi no mune ni lalala, Kaze no Message, Soko ni Sora Ga Iru Kara

are for sure my three favorites. because they're stand alone pop songs, and they're just amazing

Boku no Best Friend, Watashi Makenai, Glory Day, and Fanfare of the Heart. The last one's my absolute favorite, though; Glory Day comes in as a close second. <:

EDIT: Just realized I type half of them in English and half in Japanese. Baaad habit.

By Your Side ~Hikari's Theme~ because dawn is so Awsome

My favorites include By Your Side ~Hikari's Theme~, I Won't Lose ~Haruka's Theme~, Type: Wild, Smile, GLORY DAY ~That Shining Day~, Message of the Wind, and In Your Heart, La La La.

However, my overall favorite would have to be In Your Heart, La La La. It was a beautiful ending theme to my favorite saga.

Uh, I don't know. 1 favorite just doesn't satisfy me, especially with the show still in the air while presenting us more openings and EVEN MORE endings, but the main favorite I like so far is "In Your Heart, La La La". The song is serene and heartwarming, while the animation was pretty good.

Takeshi's paradise, Haruka and Hikari's themes. Because they are their character songs for me. I don't get same feeling for other songs.

Though call, but I'd say Maemuki Rocket-dan! is my favorite. Always enjoyed it whenever they'd play it in an episode.

In your heart lalala all the way! The song is very relaxing and cute and the animation is very beautiful. I like Fanfare of the heart very much too as well as some other ending themes
