Thread: What are your favorite Ash pokemon?

uberchu, sceptile , infernape and oshawott, those are my favorites

Snivy and Oshawott. Opposites of sorts, but each funny and comical in their own way. His Snivy just has so much sass that I can't even, and Oshawott is...well, Oshawott.

Infernape, Squirtle, Sceptile, Corpish, Bulbasaur, Swellow and Snivy.

I don't really see what's so "overrated" about Charizard, it has a distinct personality and is one of Ash's better developed Pokemon.

;/ I never saw much personality from the fire lizard compared to Squirtle and Bulbasaur. He was just the same as as any other disobediant pokemon. As for his "development", he beat like two pokemon, evolved twice in 3 episodes and was suddenly stupidly overpowered.

I like Charizard, but I like Snivy more.

All she need is an interesting backstory. We know Charizard backstory like how he is abandoned and how his attitude change as he evolves. She will be an intereting character after her story is known, which i believe will be better than Charizard's

Tie between Snivy, Sceptile and Corphish.

I like ALL of Ash's starters, because they all have great personalities. The only two that are lacking on that are Torterra and Pignite, but they're better off than some of Ash's reserves. But I voted for Staraptor, not because it's my favorite Pokemon, but because it was the only one of Ash's Pokemon to beat any of Paul's in their first full battle (besides, IIRC, Monferno, but it fainted).

I'd say Corphish. His acting was so funny and hilarious and he was always making mistakes!!
Though Sceptile was a close second. He was a serious, strong guy, always ready to take down challenges.
My third? Torkoal. He was a crybaby and I know people hate him, but he really deserves some credit.

I went ahead and chose Inferenape mainly because I absolutely loved his backstory. You know, how he was released by Paul as a Chimchar, only to show him who's boss once he evolved into an Inferenape. And if it wern't for all that Ash did for him, who knows what would have happened to the poor little guy D: .

Thinking Top 5, I'd definitely say:

Kanto: Squirtle/Pidgeot/Kingler
Johto: Heracross/Totodile/Noctowl
Hoenn: Corphish/Sceptile/Glalie
Sinnoh: Infernape/Buizel/Torterra
Unova: Oshawott/Scraggy

I'd go on a limb to say Charizard, Palpitoad, Bayleef were favs of mine in one point in time, but it varies with them.

Pikachu is my favourite of Ash's Pokémon, because Ash's Pikachu is adorable and I love watching the bond between Ash and Pikachu. However, I'm treating this poll as choosing between all of Ash's Pokémon aside from Pikachu, and I chose Bulbasaur.

Smart, strong, independent, team-player, diplomat, natural leader, refused to evolve, Grass-type - love him.

I love Ash's Donphan, Sceptile, Corphish, Torterra, Gible, Leavanny, Palpitoad and Boldore too; but his Bulbasaur is by far my favourite of his Pokémon.

Some of my favorites include, Charmander, Chikorita, Gliscor, Snorunt, Tepig and Heracross.
