Yeah, Charizard. He resists Fighting.
But naw, Charizard is jsut stronger and better. But when the plot get involves...
They're both better than Ash's Cyndaquil.
Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think this is literally Charizard vs. Infernape in a battle. Just who seems like the better fire type.
Imo, both have great things going on for them.
Charizard: A veteran pokemon of Ash's. Trains in the Charicific Valley known for being hardcore. Has defeated a legendary and knows a lot of moves. Definitely a go to pokemon if Ash needs to win a major battle.
Infernape: Probably has a better on screen development than Charizard with its whole backstory with Paul. When Blaze is activated, Infernape is a force to be reckoned with. Since the 5th gym, it has defeated 2 of the gym leaders' pokemon.
Due to the amount of time it has spend training, Charizard seems to have more of an edge. However, Infernape has grown so much to the point where its accomplishments and developments can't go unnoticed either. So both of them have their strengths and have something to offer.
But if I really have to choose one, I have a preference for Infernape but mainly because of its character.
Both are great, but I prefer Charizard for nostalgia, and for better backstory as far as with Ash goes. Both can get overrated at times, IMO.
i still think infernapes' blaze is powerful enough to make a battle close but charizard has more straight skill and would deserve the win
i don't know i think as of right now torkoal is slightly better but once cyndaquill evolves it will be clearly better
Both have different strenght and weaknesses.
In close physical combat, I definitely give the edge to Infernape. He's faster and more mobile.
In pure long range power, then its obviously Charizard.
As flying could be seen has an advantage for Charizard, so could digging for Infernape. Overall, I would say they're pretty even.
Quilava is light years beyond Torkoal
Camper Jerry, "Light years is actually a measure of space, not..."
Gible decapitates Jerry.
