This thread is extremely relevant to my life right now!
And since I have no appetite anyway and I'm EXTREMELY BORED OF CANNED CHICKEN SOUP, I need suggestions on what to eat that won't make me have adverse taste reactions.
If you're sick, the general rule of thumb is to eat things that are:
a) full of vitamin C/D
b) easily digestible (easily digestible protein like eggs and stuff)
c) fluids that aren't too salty
d) probiotic like yogurt
also if you're sick you really should eat even if you don't want to!
i should follow my own advice but still!
