I love ethnic food. Particularly stuff from Lebanon and the rest of the middle east. Falafel, humus, and especially baba ganoush. Literally, the only middle eastern food I have had but not enjoyed were dolmas.

Mm, I love Greek, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Polish food!! I especially love Greek desserts, like Baklava, my most favorite food ever!!!

Polish food, like pierogies(I hope I spelled that right) are so delicious!!

What are you afraid of? And what are you made of?

I'm of Korean descent and Korean food: bulgogi, mandu, and rice is what I would have for my last meal.

I love authentic Mexican too. We have a little spot in town that serves the most amazing carne guisada this side of the Rio Grande...

I have a weakness for carne guisada...

I prefer Cantonese (my grandparents used to own a take out place in Chinatown) but I will eat Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Italian, Greek, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian and Southern American food.

If any of you get the chance, try some Tunisian cuisine or other North African dishes.

I was there on holiday, and their food is so lush. Wild boar beats regular pork hands down, their lamb sausages are amazing and harissa paste is a spectacular ingredient.

I have a soft spot for Oriental Cuisine thanks to my love for stir fry and pork. Also extremely biased to anything Southeast European, meaning Italian and Greek. Greek cause of my backround, Italian cause my its my dad's specialty. So much pasta, its no wonder I'm fat. XD

I am 100% Lebanese (I was born in Lebanon). I eat it all the time, since it's what my mother makes 3 or 4 times a week. She used to make it practically every day, but living in Australia for a while encouraged her to make food from other cuisines.

My mother makes all of the stuff you mentioned. She also makes fried eggplant, baklava, kofta (they're kind of like meatballs), shawarma (grilled meat with vegetables served in a sandwich), shish taouk (a variant of shish kebabs), labneh (strained yogurt), and manakish (pizzas made in a variety of ways - my favorite are the ones with cheese).

There are a lot of spices, a lot of grilled food, and plenty of lamb and poultry. There is pretty much no pork since so many Lebanese, including my family, are Muslim. Lebanese Christians don't make much use of it either, although they do drink alcohol.

The only downside to Lebanese cuisine is the amount of artichokes they use. I think artichokes are gross, and yet Lebanese cuisine makes heavy use of them. My family rarely makes artichoke dishes since me and my older brother don't eat artichokes.

(There are even more Lebanese dishes listed on Wikipedia.)

Other than Lebanese, I also like Italian, Greek, Turkish, Spanish (mostly from Spain, but I've had Latin American too), Thai, Indian, Egyptian, and Iraqi cuisine.
