    Default Your Personal Soundtrack

I don't know the rules about reviving threads, but I pretty much took a game from like, 3 years ago (yeah, shoot me). Basically, put your music player of choice on shuffle, and then post them in prder next to the categories:

    Theme Tune: Rooftops - Lostprophets
I'm happy with this, I like this song :3

Opening Credits: American Idiot - Green Day
Sounds okay for an opening credits. Can imagine it happening :o

Waking Up Scene: Pyro - Kings of Leon
Nice and calm intro, sounds like something you'd start your day to.

Getting Ready Scene: All My Life - Foo Fighters
Wow, made it all the way to my fourth song before I got something irrelevant :O

Car Driving Scene: Somebody Told Me - The Killers
    Agh, unrelated again D:

High School Flashback Scene: When You Were Young - The Killers
Song name fits, I guess :3

Nostalgic Scene: Night of The Hunter - 30 Seconds to Mars
    Doesn't really fit the theme...

Angry Scene: Unlikely Hero - The Hoosiers
Not gonna lie... this is probably the happiest song I could have picked :x

Agony, Painful Scene: Boulevard of Broken Dreams - Green Day
Not completely far off, but not really.

Break-up Scene: This is War - 30 Seconds to Mars
Umm...... has a bit of shouting in it :O

Sad, Breakdown Scene: 21 Guns - Green Day
I don't even like Green Day that much lawl. Related.

Nightclub/Dance Scene: How to Save A Life - The Fray
    Raving to the piano!

Buddy/Sidekick Scene: Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol
Hoping for something more badass, but it'll suffice.

Dreaming of Someone Scene: Everlong - Foo Fighters
    Yeah, kind of.

Contemplation Scene: Never Say Never - The Fray
    It's calm and thoughtful. Perfect.

Love Scene: Na Na Na - My Chemical Romance
    Not really :x

Kissing Scene: Invaders Must Die - The Fray
    Nah, missed the mark again.

    Relaxing Scene: Mr. Brightside
Love this song, I'd relax to it.

Action/Fight Scene: Just Say Yes - Snow Patrol
Similar to the angry scene, lol.

Victory Scene: Viva La Gloria? (Little Girl)
More suits the next two categories.

Funeral: Battle of One - 30 Seconds to Mars
    Not really, once again.

Closing Credits: Worried About Ray - The Hoosiers
Pretty much any song could fit this.

WARNING: The following is most likely going to be comprised of Top 40 Artists, Musicals and X Factor finalists. Sue me.

Theme Tune: You Know Me - Robbie Williams
Not really fitting, never really spilled my guts out to one particular person...

Opening Credits: Keep Holding On - Glee Cast
    lolol, irrelevant.

Waking Up Scene: 4 Minutes - Glee Cast
I can imagine it, although it's a bit falsely foreshadowing xD

Getting Ready Scene: Without Love - Hairspray Cast

Car Driving Scene: Run - Snow Patrol
    I kinda suck at this...

High School Flashback Scene: In L.A. - FAME! Cast
Well, it's a song about reminiscing, so... yeah?

Nostalgic Scene: Drummer Boy - Alesha Dixon
    Can't imagine it...

Angry Scene: All Time Love - Will Young
If it had been either of the next two categories, it would've been alright...

Agony, Painful Scene: Can't Keep It Down - FAME! Cast

Break-up Scene: Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say) - Lady GaGa
It's about break-up, so sure. Bit on the happy side, though xD

Sad, Breakdown Scene: A Night To Remember - High School Musical 3
(Don't ask me why I still have HSM on there o.o) But yeah... I want to remember my depressed state. Funtimes.

    Nightclub/Dance Scene: 4 Minutes - Madonna
    I'm okay with this.

Buddy/Sidekick Scene: Paper Gangsta - Lady GaGa
If I hate my sidekick, then sure...

Dreaming of Someone Scene: Wouldn't Change A Thing - Camp Rock 2
(I'm so cool x]) Sort of fits. I guess. Maybe. On a good day. :s

Contemplation Scene: We R One - Same Difference
(Heard of them? Didn't think so) Not really the best for it.

Love Scene: Remember December - Demi Lovato
    Could work, maybe.

Kissing Scene: Paparazzi - Lady GaGa
*is prepared to be pushed off a balcony* Yaaay, luck hates me :D

    Relaxing Scene: Blow - Kesha
Was thinking something a bit more slow... so no.

Action/Fight Scene: Round & Round - Selena Gomez

Victory Scene: My Wicked Heart - Diana Vickers
It's happy, so yeah, why not?

    Funeral: Teeth - Lady GaGa
This is now happening in real life. It's far too good an opportunity to pass up! xD

Closing Credits: These Are My Children - FAME! Cast
    That's alright, I suppose. Cool.

Eh. Why not? Tried this earlier, but the server failed before I could submit.

My music is 100% otaku nerd music unsuitable for most of these categories. (English romanizations in brackets)

Theme Tune: Blue - いえろ~ぜぶら (Yellow Zebra)
Eh. Don't have a problem with it. Don't really like this song too much, but meh whatever.

Opening Credits: 少女修行中… (Shoujo Shu Gyochuu...) - A-One
Girls do their best now and are studying. Please wait warmly until it is ready. I like this it fits. Filled with hellish amounts of energy. Perfect for an opening.

Waking Up Scene: Mid Time Phantom - Crest
MAKE SOME NOISE! Upbeat dance music? Yep perfect fit.

Getting Ready Scene: 桜風 (Sakukaze) - いえろ~ぜぶら (Yellow Zebra)
A breezy (pun possibly intended) listen, upbeat. It fits.

Car Driving Scene: ケロ⑨destiny (Kero 9 Destiny) - Silver Forest
lol Kero 9 Destiny. Yeah. Doesn't fit.

    High School Flashback Scene
: Angels, Monsters, The Secret Lyrics - Foreground Eclipse

Nostalgic Scene: lasting the moonlight - NEUTRAL
Slightly heavy rock? Nope doesn't fit.

Oh yeah, baby. It fits. And it is awesome.

Agony, Painful Scene: Lunatic Beat - Silver Forest
Upbeat trance? Uh no. Nothing agonizing about that at all.

Break-up Scene: 錨の羅針盤 (Ikari no Rashinban) - Liz Triangle
CAPTAIN MOTHERFUCKING MINAMITSU MURASA. And this has nothing to do with break-ups. At all.

Sad, Breakdown Scene: Phantasm Brigade - Silver Forest
    Quote Originally Posted by Sukima

Nightclub/Dance Scene: 霧雨 ~ Loose Rain - dBu Music
I'll assume that Marisa has shown up at the club and blew it to pieces with a Master Spark. Seriously. Half the songs I have are basically dance music, how did I not get one for this category?

    Buddy/Sidekick Scene: 60's wind - stars - Silver Forest
    Sidekicks IN SPAAAAAACE.

Dreaming of Someone Scene: パノラマ藍色写真 (Panorama Ai-iro Shashin) - SOUND HOLIC
Holy shit. that is totally what this song is about. Dead on.

Contemplation Scene: 最速流域 (Saisoku Ryuuki) - Silver Forest
Upbeat pop song. Uh. No. Could fit if I forced it to, I suppose.

Love Scene: 神楽 (Kagura) - Liz Triangle
That's some brutal love. Must be appealing to the masochist in me. Sadistic Love by Silver Forest should've come up here.

Kissing Scene: 冬のフリーズ (Fuyu no Freeze) - いえろ~ぜぶら (Yellow Zebra)
    Uh. No.

Relaxing Scene: 幻影の巫女 (Gen'ei no Miko) - MyonMyon
    Heavy metal is relaxing! No.

Action/Fight Scene: Escapes - Foreground Eclipses
This must symbolize the helplessness of the fight and how I want the pain to end. Wow. That was dark.

Victory Scene: 色は볯へど 散りぬるを (Iroha Nieoedo Chirunuru wo) - 幽閉サテライト (Yuuhei Satellite)
Song's kinda about lamenting how things always come to an end. It kinda works, I suppose.

Funeral: "エンジェルサンプル" (Angel Sample) - NEUTRAL
You could twist it into fitting a funeral, I suppose. Like the spirit of the deceased looking over the mourning.

Closing Credits: "star river" - IOSYS
It fits. Peaceful, upbeat, piano. Perfect for an ending theme.

That sure killed half an hour for me.

Theme Tune: Stories - Code Geass OST
This is depressing for a theme song. ._.

Opening Credits: Hare Hare Yukai - Aya Hirano
Perfect. I'd never get the moves down though, with my being uncoordinated. xD

Waking Up Scene: Hajimari no Tabi - No idea, it's the ED song for a Kyo Kara Maou! game.
Maybe because I heard it as an ED song, I think it's more fitting for an ending song. Seems like it's about reflection upon a first meeting after a decent amount of time has passed.

Getting Ready Scene: Sk8er Boi - Avril Lavigne

Car Driving Scene: Cassie - Flyleaf
    Makes for nice driving music.

High School Flashback Scene: Livin' La Vida Loca - Ricky Martin
Uh, no, far from it. xD

Nostalgic Scene: In the Dark - Flyleaf
Nice song, but not very fitting.

Angry Scene: This Land - Hans Zimmer (The Lion King OST)
It's..totally opposite. xD Filled with hope.

Agony, Painful Scene: Lifestyles of the Rich And Famous - Good Charlotte
    It's painful in that those people will make more money in a year than I'll make in a decade, ;_;

Break-up Scene: Pokémon Advanced Italian Opening - Giorgio Vanni
...again, no. Unless this is one very happy break-up involving Pogeyman somehow.

Sad, Breakdown Scene: Brightdown - Nami Tamaki (D.Gray-Man OP 2)
This is meant for a kicking ass scene. >.>

Nightclub/Dance Scene: Summertime - Sex Bob-Omb (Scott Pilgrim Vs The World)
It would be an interesting Nightclub, to say the least.

Buddy/Sidekick Scene: Your Guardian Angel - Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
A depressing one, but it fits.

Dreaming of Someone Scene: Golden Time Lover - Sukima Switch (FMA:Brotherhood OP 3
    Good song, but no fit.

Contemplation Scene: COLORS - FLOW (Code Geass OP 1)
It works. :D It's a happy contemplation song.

Love Scene: I'm So Sick - Flyleaf
    Some very angry love. o.o

Kissing Scene: Coming Clean - Green Day
You think this would go with the love scene.

Relaxing Scene: Ride on Shooting Star - The Pillows (FLCL ED)
The sound is relaxing, but the lyrics don't imply it.

    Action/Fight Scene: The Press Corpse - Anti-Flag
Perfect if I was taking on the press.

Victory Scene: Heaven's Not Enough - Steve Conte (Wolf's Rain OST)

    Funeral: Ezio's Family - Assassin's Creed 2 OST
After what happened to most of them it could fit.

Closing Credits: I Believe I Can Fly - Me First and the Gimme Gimmes (Cover)
It works, I'd like to end on a positive note.

Quite a few didn't end up working out. My iPod didn't want to work with me. xD

Kissing Scene: ET – Katy Perry
Like not the first song I would associate but I could just think about the KISS ME –KK-KIS ME lyric

Relaxing Scene: Make you feel my love - Adele
Lying on a place, her head on the guy’s chest like just relaxing

Action/Fight Scene: Shut up and Drive - Rihanna

Yay we did it. So happy I could die xDD

    Funeral: Speechless – Lady Gaga

I'm gonna give this a shot with songs from my iPod:

Theme Tune: Born This Way - Lady Gaga
I'm one of Gaga's Little Monsters. DEAL WITH IT.

Opening Credits: Dynamite - Taio Cruz
    Yes, I know, random.

Waking Up Scene: Friday - Rebecca Black
    *Shot by Rebecca haters*

Getting Ready Scene: Glamorous - Fergie
    . . .

Car Driving Scene: Hey Soul Sister - Train
    The beat is very fitting!

High School Flashback Scene: Upside Down - A*Teens
Song's about teenage love. Do I need to explain?

Nostalgic Scene: Mikan - Morning Musume.
The song is about childhood memories, so it's fitting.

Angry Scene: What The Hell - Avril Lavigne
Hard to explain here. . .

Agony, Painful Scene: Disturbia - Rihanna
    This, however, is very obvious.

Break-up Scene: Bad Romance - Lady Gaga
    A bad romance = A break-up, so it's fitting!

Sad, Breakdown Scene: Bring Me to Life - Evanscence
    Derp, it's obvious.

Nightclub/Dance Scene: You Spin Me Round (Like a Record) - Dead or Alive
    Best. Dance. Music. EVAH.

Contemplation Scene: Here I Go Again - Whitesnake
I have no fucking clue what contemplating is, so I chose a random song.

Love Scene: Osaka Koi no Uta - Morning Musume.
Loosly translated, "Koi no uta" means "Love song" in Japanese, so here you go.

Kissing Scene: Contagious - Avril Lavigne
    Yes, love is contagious!

Relaxing Scene: Breathe - Faith Hill
When you relax, you have to breath. End of story.

Theme Tune: More Than It Seems-Kutless
    I love this song...=3

Opening Credits: For Your Entertainment- Adam Lambert

Waking Up Scene: How You Remind Me- Nickelback
    Okay, this is really irrelevant...

    What the fffffffffffffffffffffffff

Car Driving Scene: Pokemon Johto- Pokemon Soundtrack
    ...No comment

High School Flashback Scene: Blue Suede Shoes- Elvis Presley
I suppose this could be relevant...if I was alive back then.

    Nostalgic Scene: Apologize- OneRepublic
    Ehhh...doesn't fit very well.

Angry Scene: How Do You Sleep?- Jesse McCartney
    This is completely irrelevant...

Break-up Scene: Hot N Cold- Chipmunk version
    Finally something somewhat relevant.

Sad, Breakdown Scene: The Way I Loved You- Taylor Swift

Nightclub/Dance Scene: Without Love- Hairspray Soundrack

Buddy/Sidekick Scene: I Wan'na Be Like You- Jungle Book Soundtrack
    LOL. Somewhat relevant...

XD....must be a pretty crazy dream.

Contemplation Scene: Good Morning Baltimore- Hairspray Soundtrack
...You know what, I'm just not surprised anymore.

Hmmm, let's see what my iPod gives me this time.

Theme Tune: Dog Days Are Over (2010 Version) - Florence + the Machine
    So...does this mean I'm not a bitch anymore? :o

Opening Credits: Man Overboard - Blink-182
This does not bode well if the OP is saying it's over. D:

Waking Up Scene: White & Nerdy - Weird Al Yankovic
Normally I'm not very nerdy right when I wake up. But sometimes I'll pick up playing a videogame I left off on the night before right away, is fitting. xD

Getting Ready Scene: Grip! - Every Little Thing (Inuyasha OP)
It certainly sounds upbeat, good to get ready to.

Car Driving Scene: Conceived Sorrow - Dir en Grey
...this would be one really freakin' depressing car driving scene. ._.

High School Flashback Scene: Fake Wings - Yuki Kajiura (.hack//SIGN OST)
At no time in my high school days would I have considered myself on the edge of hell. Not seriously anyways.

Nostalgic Scene: Sailor Star Song (Para Para version) - Sailor Moon Final OP
It's nostalgic in that Sailor Moon was definitely a staple of my childhood. But to actually use it for a scene dealing with something other than Sailor Moon, it wouldn't work. Seems too fast and poppy.

Angry Scene: Hound Dog - Elvis Presley
Works great for comedic angry scenes involving cheatin' men.

Agony, Painful Scene: Savages - Disney's Pocahontas
It would work better as foreboding to the agony/painful scene.

    Break-up Scene: Schadenfreude - Avenue Q
If the break-up didn't happen on the best of terms (meaning a mutual break-up where we still remain friends), it could fit for a short time, but only afterword when everything sets in. Even then, I'm not sure if I could keep a grudge for an extended period of time, not unless there was some very serious matters going on.

Sad, Breakdown Scene: This Close - Flyleaf
Not my first choice, but it could fit perfectly given the right circumstances.

Nightclub/Dance Scene: Sexy Sexy - Ghost Stories OP

Buddy/Sidekick Scene: Sk8er Boi - Avril Lavigne, just like the last time I posted.
This song does not fit any part of my life, I just like the story. >.>

Dreaming of Someone Scene: Dammit Janet - Rocky Horror Picture Show
Not unless I'm a lesbian. And as far as I know, I'm straight. xD

Contemplation Scene: Blue Moon - The Marcels
Hmmm, for a more lighthearted variety of this type of scene, it could work.

Love Scene: Dancing Queen - ABBA
    Nooooooooo. xD

Kissing Scene: Why Do Fools Fall In Love - Frankie Lymon & the Teenagers
This will not be doing any wonders for my self-esteem. xD

Relaxing Scene: I'm Going Home - Rocky Horror Picture Show
Tone fits, but the lyrics put a damper on it. It would be the final relaxing scene. :S

    Action/Fight Scene: Uprising - Muse
Dark tone, but it could fit a gritty battle against those with high positions of power in big corporations or society.

Victory Scene: Blue - Mai Yamane (Cowboy Bebop Insert Song)
Victory in the sense of being free from all the trials and toils of this life. It would be reserved for a final victory scene.

Funeral: War - Poets of the Fall
If it's a funeral for someone else, it's possible, especially if they were a martyr for a cause I felt very passionately about. Could be used to further my resolve.
If it's for my funeral, I'm dead, so nothing to steel my resolve for at that point. xD

Closing Credits: For Fruits Basket - Fruits Basket OP
Closing Credits for an episode of my life? It could work. Closing Credits for my life? Not so much.
"And though the scars of yesterday remain, you can go on living as much as your heart believes.
You can't be born again, although you can change.
    Let's stay together, always."
Unless it's a reflection of what I managed to do during my time on this earth.
Still, I'm used to this being an OP, not an ED, so it seems off to me. :/

Eh, I feel like a got even less fitting songs than last time. xD
