Hmm... How can I increase the odds of the first Shiny Frillish I encounter being female..?

Apparently having a Pokémon with Cute Charm out in front increases the odds of finding a wild Pokémon of the opposite gender, but...it's still not a guarantee.

Right... But then again, I'll be lucky just to encounter a Shiny Frillish. If I'm going to do any RNG stuff, I'll do it with one of the remaining two Legendaries, Registeel and Regigigas, not some Frillish. *sigh*

So, anything happen to you in-game?
