But seriously, maybe it could be something from a Pokéball, but certainly not an independent, playable character.

It will be in SSB4 and it's attacks will include Thunder, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam and most importantly, Flail!

Based on the other options, Flail would be its recovery move...
