I'd just wait till these glitches are fixed. At least mentions and quotes work fine, unlike that time they were not working which was a real mess.

It actually worked when I used those link, but now I'm terribly afraid of getting Quotes and Mentions again because it may happen again.

Then you can save those links somewhere and click on them to get rid of the notifications. Or also, as I've said, you can obtain those links yourself by right clicking on the quote/mention tab, earning the link, and then pasting that to the address bar to open the page.

(Oh, btw, it's thanks to Mizzle that I am aware of this XD)
