Is this on any particular team or just a stand alone Pokemon at the moment? If you're not using it with anything in particular, then I'd say Thunderwave. Always good to have a basic supporting move.

Why Flash Cannon? For Rock/Ice types?

Well I need a fast Fighting-type counter seeing that I can't rely on Meinshao w/ Acrobatics forever, and I seem to be only using Reniculus for a Trick Room setup for Ferrothorn and Samurott rather than for itself. I need either Shadow Ball for Ghost and Psychic coverage, Energy Ball for Water coverage (none of my Pokemon barring Ferrothorn have any Grass nor Electric moves), and Thunderwave for support (and possibly use Air Slash for flinch paralysis). And yes, I'm using Flash Cannon for Rock and Ice coverage, but do I really need it?
