Is BW season 2 suppose to be before Movie 15 or after?

I thought victory was in my hands on my last match in Random Matchups, but then my opponent's Ninetales used Attract on my Hydreigon, who got immobilized by love for the whole time until it Ninetales fully killed it. Then Ninetales took down my Meinshao for having higher speed IVs than her.

I'm doing a Nuzlocke Run in my Emerald game. I did alter a couple rules:
1. Instead of being a "only catch first encounter", you may encounter as much as you need, but once you catch, you can't catch anything else in the same location. (to avoid catching duplicates)
2. Once you capture a legendary, you can't use it in battle, store it in the PC as a "trophy".
