No one supports my opinions either :P

But my opinions are backed up by facts, which everyone tends to overlook.

So, my parents complain that I "don't spend enough time with them". So I decided I would watch NCIS with them during this marathon, because they really like it and it's one of the shows that I actually enjoy that they watch. After one episode, both of them went to sleep.

And they wonder why I don't bother.

Opinion is not the same thing as fact, Just because someone has an opinion dosent mean its based on fact or is true in any way.

Opinions can be fact if more people agree on it.

Lets say I like a certain Pokemon, and you dont, and others agree with you, does that make it true? Not nessesarily, because I have my own opinion, theres no reason why I personally need to accept their opinion as any kind of fact. People are all different and have different opinions, having your own opinion is important.

I don't agree with the idea that an opinion can be fact if enough people agree on it.

A lot, they later discovered it really wasnt true.

And there are still people who believe the world is flat despite being proven it's not. So yeah, opinions can be wrong if not backed up by facts.
