For the longest time I forgot about that game and thought that people meant Sky when they said MD3.

$15 for 1/3 of a game ($45 for all of it), with those bad graphics and plot.
Maybe that's why it never left Japan.

But PMD2 and especially 2.5-Sky was brilliant

Which was given low scores by critics.

Who decides what games are good or not?

Critics may push some games certain ways, but really it's up to the player's tastes.
For example, I don't really like Final Fantasy. Look at its ratings (any of them).

Hence individual fan reviews are just as important as critic reviews.

Im trying to find all the old avatars Ive used here for no reason at all. I found alot of them but it appears I cant find them all. Ive had many avatars so its no surprise. Ah well.

I put them all( all the ones I could find) into an album, and the banners Ive had into an album too.

It's really hard to develop a good roster prediction roster for SSB if you strictly follow the patterns you've seen in the previous titles, especially on adding newly relevant characters, female characters, IP characters, and the two third-party characters from the last installment.
