The newest structure deck, Dragons Collide (coming next month), has one as a non-foil common, and plenty of others at about the same power level.

This deck sounds interesting, I shall check the cards in the deck.

And yes. It's probably the most powerful beginner's deck I've ever seen.
But I quit Yu-Gi-Oh after seeing how... cynical, and how mean-spirited the competition really was (and that was in the GX days).

Nope. Who ever made it must have been "on something," while creating this "Red-Eyes" I rather not use it, instead I would tear it apart or burn it to the ground.
