No clue how much that is, lol.

I have to swim wearing clothes and shoes for the most part to build up endurance.

WEIRD.

I'm gonna have to wear a compression suit next week...that cost me $300.

I dunno about swimming, but basically for the entire year of 2009 that I could spend outdoors, I had to run 3 and a half miles (5,000 meters or so) at a constant speed. Really took those pounds off me after a few months, but nowadays I've grown to slack too much for all that exercise.
