So you use Surf and find a island called New Island....You and your Battle Partner explore and find Ash and everyone else from the TV shows there...You watch as all there Pokemon are taken away by Mewtwo,you and your Battle Partner(Pikachu if your a boy, and Shiny Celebii if your a girl) talk about what Mewtwo is doing is wrong and challenges you to a Boss Network Battle....Your actually supose to lose in this battle but this gives you a idea what to expect from the final boss...
Mewtwo will be level 70 with 1000 HP but is also protected with a 100 HP Aura which any attack that does under 100 damage will be absorbed so attacks like DynaWav(100 damage)
or BetaWav(does 145 damage) but in this first battle, Mewtwo will be using a Dark Aura that has 1000 HP so any attack you know wont work at all hence why your suppose to lose the first time...After you are defeated Ash's Pikachu tryed to talk some sinse into Mewtwo but with no evail...and Pokemon and Mewtwo' Pokemon go into battle...
You wake up to find that every Pokemon is fighting each other...and your Battle Partner wakes up saying that you have to stop mewtwo or it will try to control the world...
You walk over to where Mewtwo and Mew are fighting in the back of a arena and you challenge Mewtwo again....
Make sure that you and your Battle Partner have around 700-800 HP and your levels around 70-80...Mewtwo will have 1000 HP with a 100 HP Aura so any attack that does under 100 damage with have no effect but attacks that do more will cause the Aura to collapse and you can start hurting Mewtwo...Summon LockOn 2 or 3 so that the LockOn and do rapid damage(LockOn 2 can do 15 damage per hit,LockOn 3 can do 20 damage per hit) to Mewtwo while the Aura is down and to end the battle quickly by using Program Advances like PlasmaCannon(fusing three FlashCannon attacks) or using super sonic fast DeltaWav(does 300 damage) or AlfaWav(does 450 damage)...
Mewtwo will move around really fast and send out orbs that follow you doing around 35-50 damage per hit...also Mewtwo will also try to mimic attacks that you use...If you dont like getting hit alot...You can try LifeAura or WoodAura as well as Protect(immune for 3 hits)...
After you get Mewtwo Hp down to 200...He will then use attacks like GaiaHammer and also attacks that will be hard to evade with so things that protect you is a must...
Once you defeat Mewtwo,Mewtwo will say that it was wrong for using Pokemon for just battles and befrinds you and also talks about your close friendship with your Battle Partner then Mewtwo vanishes...Ever one cheers for you that you saved Kanto and the credits roll afterwars....Congratulations! you beat the main story of Pokemon Battle Network...
