Either way, they may not be stealing cash. Maybe they're just appealing to a different audience. Take Mario Kart vs. Pac-Man World Rally, for example. There were several similarities between those games, but they featured different franchises.
I do actually agree with you about based off of's and like the idea but what I don't like is that its really a dangerous idea because it works like Nitro...If you don't handle it right it could blow up in your face in this case...the crazy sue'ing Nintendo for the game.Quote:
