Thread: Pokemon dream radar

So I paid and download the pokemon dream radar onto my 3ds. Just wondering if anyone else uses this tool to catch pokemon and items? According to its write up its possible to catch the rare pokemon hard to find within the actual game. I am wondering how true this is?
