I win because I have much proof that he is a boy. Lots of people in the show say he is. Haku himself says her is and Masashi Kishimoto says so too in an interview. If the creator says he is, he is.

I don't watch/read Naruto, but the way i see it is that if the creator says the character is a boy or girl, then its canon. For example JK Rowling came out and said Dumbledore was gay, then its canon even if it wasn't touched on in the books.

Nagihiko from Shugo Chara dresses and acts like a girl for a long time, Ana from Phi Brain does it all the time even referring to himself as a she, despite being open about being male. In Cress' first anime appearance in the original Japanese he refers to himself in third person which is a feminine way of talking.

Also the article says that Haku can't be gay. One of the first chapters has Naruto and Sasuke kiss, in part two Naruto has a moment where Kakashi is admiring him, and Naruto thinks he's gay. There's also the guy on guy sexy jutsu that Konohamoru does, and the girl on girl one. Haku and Zabuza could have a father son relationship and love eachother that way, or it could be just a very great admiration.

People come in all different shapes and sizes, and that's been happening more often in Naruto with part two, refuting the size comment.
