(I edited rule 8, so you may introduce new items, as long as they don't play any role in capturing Victini, i.e. a mind control ray, time machine, shotgun, or currency of any kind. Ironically, things to barter with and duplicating machines are okay-in the duplicator's case, as long as the original is destroyed, therefore allowing a little more leeway for rule 7 in order to obliterate it.)
