Emotionally, or tangibly? I remember watching something similar to that on the Discovery Health channel about how certain senses are crossed in the brain causing you to overlap multiple senses and feeling more than you ought to perceive. Like how this one woman could see sound, each tone would show off distinct color wavelengths and harsher tones would be more red and softer tones toward the blue. It's odd, but really neat that some people can do that.

It's a physical and/or temperature and/or ambient light sensation, or even a specific location. It may coincide with the lyrics (Belinda Carlisle's "Circle in the Sand" is beachy and sort of dark like a sunset) or not (it's also warm). Secret Garden's "Prayer" is high-contrast (ever seen a picture from the moon's surface? Like that, but the moon's near white instead) and has air that's almost gel-thick with large particles of dust floating through it... and it's melancholy. Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush's "Strange Dreams" is like a hypnopompic scene: almost pitch-dark, but floating over a bed with lots of bright, vividly-colored blobs of light floating around in the air. Sonique's "It Feels So Good (Dance Mix)" is watery and cold.

Stuff like that. I don't feel/see every song, though.
