ok so you must rate the pokemon that the user posts above you outa
ten.then post a new pokemon for the next person to rate

so it would be like this

user1:magmar
user2:8/10
mewtwo

user3:10/10
mudkip

and so on.....


note you are just rating the pokemon in genral but you can count still like stats,movepool etc on how you rate it.
