My own Answer: Then the whole metagame will become offensive and defensive Pokemons will be dumped into the rubbish bin.
It comes out and trap a Ferrothorn without Bulldoze and its game over or it comes out to trap a Scarfed Fighting/Normal move and its game over.
Especially Blissey, the said counter to SP Attack is going to be killed by a SP Attacking Ghost. As most set have only Flamethrower to deal with Scizor and Seismic Toss as their attacking move, after sub moves like Thunderwave is useless. After 6 boosts, Chandelure is going to kill Blissey with no problem, as it can be Modest because most Defensive Pokemon is slow.
This isn't Balanced hackmons, that every single Pokemon can get butterfly dance..
In the dream world, people use shed shell to protect their ferrothorn and blisseys from chandy.

It would be effective, but pushed out really quickly by its usual counters.

Agreeing there. It's mediocre versatility would mean it definitely becomes more effective but not able to do anything new. The move would probably get shoved onto the end of sets since it has a terrible movepool.

Not exactly, Entei does has usable Special Attack and Calm Mind, so with Sheer Force its special STABs are coming off the equivalent of a 131 SAtk, though coverage is still an issue. I reckon that combination of bulk, speed and power would probably be enough for it to to see use in UU over Chandy and Houndoom. Recoil-less Life Orb is always welcome on a bulky offensive Pokemon.

Not exactly, Entei does has usable Special Attack and Calm Mind, so with Sheer Force its special STABs are coming off the equivalent of a 131 SAtk, though coverage is still an issue. Flare Blitz came from an event for Entei, this is assuming that Entei wouldn't be getting it again.

Flare Blitz came from an event for Entei, this is assuming that Entei wouldn't be getting it again.
We can always assume since this entire thread is about assuming, lol. TBH, it would just be an inferior Darmanitan.
