Yes this is refering to the Little Cup. It so much better then all the other teirs.
i don't play little cup, but that doesn't help against rock and ground weaknesses. but it would kill grass and ice types, along with water and flying.
Shinx ain't weak to Rock, man. Flame Charge wouldn't necessarily kill (only 50 base power), but Shinx would probably appreciate the Speed boost.

What if the original 151 Pokemon had the same Special stats in Gen V as they did in Gen I? (Exeggutor and the legendary birds with 125 Special Attack & Special Defence, Mewtwo with 154 Special Attack and Special Defence, etc.)
that would be boss. i mean, the only things in OU with stats that high that i can think of are blissey and cloyster.

What if Venusaur had won the Promotion last year instead of Rayquaza? Would that mean we'd have a Venusaur with V-Create? If so, how would that affect the metagame?
venasaur would have a fire move more powerful then HP [fire]. i forget what that drops though. speed, right? the only reason venasaur is in OU is because of chlorophyll boosting it's speed, turning it into a monster. if V-create lowers speed, i wouldn't be surprised if HP [fire] was still used.
